Each year, the Hospice Care of the Lowcountry team is proud to share our annual Community Impact Report: A collection of statistics, stories, and special moments from the year prior. The annual Community Impact Report’s purpose is to reflect our team’s accomplishments, analyze our goals, and challenge our organization as a whole to continue to grow in the coming years.

Hospice Care of the Lowcountry is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 hospice and palliative care organization serving Beaufort and Jasper Counties since 1982.
